One of our Japanese customers who are producing automotive products invited us to design an exhaust system to extract hot gas coming out from their machines.
We start the project by gathering data of output released by the machines.
A blower was then sized based on the volume of discharge air and then the spiral duct was then size up to extract it from the machine and discharge it to the external environment.
As the distance between the machine was very far away, careful thought must be given on the static pressure of the blower.
After all engineering drawings has been completed, work began on the hood installation.
Next comes the erection of the spiral duct leading all the way to the building wall.
The blower is then installed near the wall almost reaching the ceiling top.
The duct that connects the blower to the building wall.
And finally, the hood discharge outside the building where the hot air is discharged.
The system was tested after installation and handed over to our customers. Total duration of project is 2 weeks.

I really liked your writing, please keep it up!
Thanks.
